The people I work with come from many different backgrounds, but they often share something in common: they're carrying more than most people realize.

Some are navigating burnout, chronic illness, or persistent stress. Some are caregivers. Some spend their days caring for others. Others have built successful careers and wonder why life still feels so hard.
