Individual Therapy

One-to-one sessions offered as a collaborative process. Together, we work toward what feels most needed, whether that’s healing, understanding, or support through change.

Psychedelic Integration

Thoughtful integration support for individuals exploring or reflecting on psychedelic experiences. Work is grounded in preparation, meaning-making, and respect for the complexity of each person’s experience.

Neuromodulation Evaluations

Collaborative psychological evaluations (ie., SCS, PNS, DRG) designed to support readiness and understanding around neuromodulation procedures. Work is informed by clinical experience and close collaboration with medical teams.

Clinical consultation and collaboration

Consultation offered to individuals, clinicians, and care teams navigating complex clinical questions. Work is collaborative and grounded in clarity, shared understanding, and respect for the broader context of care.

Mindfulness-Based Programs

Mindfulness-based offerings, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) groups and MBCT-informed individual work. These programs emphasize awareness, steadiness, and skill-building, and are offered in structured formats when appropriate. Group offerings are posted periodically. You’re welcome to check back for updated dates.

Interdisciplinary and referral-based care

Care informed by ongoing collaboration across disciplines and thoughtful coordination with other providers. When helpful, I support referral-making and shared care to ensure people are connected with the right resources.

There is no right way to be here

I love this work and the relationships it allows me to build. My intention is not to fix or direct, but to support people in becoming more fully themselves in whatever way that takes shape for them, at their own pace and in their own time.
