Psychologist. Mother. Human.

I’m a licensed psychologist offering depth-oriented, mindfulness-based therapy for adults who feel insightful and capable, yet still find themselves stuck or struggling. I am also a mother and someone deeply shaped by time outdoors, movement, music, and ongoing personal growth - experiences that influence how I notice, reflect, and show up in my work. I have a particular love for sunsets and am not shy about rearranging plans to catch one! Many of the images throughout my website were taken during those same moments outdoors and reflect spaces that feel grounding and familiar. My work is grounded in presence, collaboration, and respect for the full human experience, particularly at moments where care and decision-making intersect.

Some context about how I work…

  • I completed doctoral training in counseling psychology, followed by an APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship in health psychology

  • I’ve worked across academic, medical, and interdisciplinary care settings, including close collaboration with anesthesiology, pain medicine, urology, psychiatry, surgery, and integrative health teams

  • My work includes individual and group psychotherapy, as well as psychological evaluations related to medical decision-making, including neuromodulation procedures

  • I’ve completed specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and maintain a strong interest in psychedelic-informed care and integration

  • I’m a trained Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) facilitator and have led many 8-week MBCT groups, and I also offer MBCT-informed work in individual therapy for those who are interested

  • I have clinical training and experience in hypnosis, including procedural and therapeutic applications, which I may incorporate into ongoing work or offer as brief, focused intervention when appropriate

  • I’ve been involved in research and quality improvement projects focused on complex medical conditions, chronic pain, and integrative models of care
