Hi! I’m Erin Kelly, PhD, a licensed psychologist specializing in the intersection of psychological and physical health. I work with people navigating chronic pain, chronic illness, burnout, over-functioning, nervous system overwhelm, and the emotional weight of being human. My approach is grounded in science, informed by mindfulness, and shaped by the belief that healing is rarely linear.

My work has included clinical care, research, teaching, and collaboration within academic medical settings, with a focus on burnout, chronic pain, chronic illness, and the mind-body connection. Today, I work exclusively via telehealth, supporting clients across 40+ states through PSYPACT authorization.

More than Symptom Management.
