The Space Between Coping & Healing
Hi! I’m Erin Kelly, PhD, a licensed psychologist specializing in the intersection of psychological and physical health. I work with people navigating chronic pain, chronic illness, burnout, over-functioning, nervous system overwhelm, and the emotional weight of being human. My approach is grounded in science, informed by mindfulness, and shaped by the belief that healing is rarely linear.

More than Symptom Management.
You don’t need to show up with a diagnosis, a crisis, or even a perfectly formed reason for being here. Sometimes something just feels off. Sometimes life has gotten too heavy, too fast, too medical, too complicated, or a little too far from the person you want to be.
There’s room here to get curious about all of it. My work is grounded in psychology, mindfulness, and the nervous system, but it’s also about meaning, relationships, identity, and being a person in a very weird and complicated world.
There’s Room for All of It
The practical stuff and the existential stuff. Your body and your mind. Science and spirituality. The part of you that wants things to change and the part that is completely exhausted from working on yourself.
You don’t need to turn any of it into a neat problem before we can talk about it.
You might be in the right place if…
